Catching Up

A quiet time of late on the Blog...have been too busy at work and home to have that much time to set aside for any really thoughtful process other than sleep, eat and work.

Still, things are getting more balanced now, and I will hopefully have a bit more time and inclination to write again.

One of the main things which is taking up our time right now is the revisiting of our unfinished novel. I decided we should look again, and we have begun the process of rewriting. So far we have about 30% done, and it can be seen on the web in its draft form so far by clicking here

The book is evolving each time we write more, but the basis is there now, and cleo has this great imagination which allows her to see things and situations I would not. She writes from her head, and then presents me with the rough words. i then come along and smooth it out, do the grammar, and make it more readable. We seem to work well enough this way, and I am presently researching the next step which is to find a publisher or agent to decide whether it is worth following up as a viable book proposition. Time will tell.
